  • Prices for Services are displayed at the time of purchase and may change at our discretion.

  • Payments must be made through our approved payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize charges for purchased Services.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refund policies may vary depending on the Service purchased.

  • Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

5) Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, programs, designs, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property provided through our Services are owned by Karen K. Bannister International LLC or licensed to us.

  • You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

  • You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

  • Registration may be required for participation.

  • We reserve the right to deny or revoke access for any reason, including misconduct or violation of policies.

  • By attending, you may be recorded or photographed. By participating, you consent to our use of recordings or images for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing in advance.

8) Digital Products & Content

  • Purchases of digital products (e.g., workbooks, templates, recordings) grant you a personal license for individual use only.

  • You may not share, resell, or distribute digital products without permission.

  • Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and/or legal action.

9) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10) Disclaimers

  • Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • Coaching, consulting, and training services are educational in nature. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Karen K. Bannister International LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the past 12 months.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Karen K. Bannister International LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services;

  • Your violation of rights of others.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by law.

  • You waive the right to bring class actions or participate in class‑wide proceedings.

15) International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
